Real Estate Closing/ Loan Signing Fees

(refinance, reverse mortgage, purchase, sale, HELOC, ect.)

Real estate closing/loan signing fees are not statutory fees and are listed separately from Texas Notary Fees.

Each real estate closing / loan signing is custom quoted, based on transaction details including: document package size, number of notarizations, number of signers (including a non-borrowing spouse), mileage to the signing location, scheduling and lead time, timing of document delivery, and other unique transaction details.
